I want to chat

to anyone involved with illustration, especially students, recent grads and prospective students. Tell me your woes, your worries. Ask me questions. Tell me you don’t like my work - whatever. Let’s talk.

Some drawings from The Wind Rises and a photo from a visit to a museum in Brighton.

Hi!! I'm considering taking illustration at Plymouth uni, would you recommend it?

I would highly, highly recommend it. The experience was fantastic, the tutors are incredible, the facilities are amazing. I went to a few open days a different places but when I saw Plymouth it was like a no-brainer. Also they’re the most green public sector organisation in the UK and very forward thinking. Go to an open day if you can.

A simple four page story made for an anthology as a promotional piece for Plymouth University. They’re all stories about early days at Plymouth Uni written and illustrated by current or graduated students. Mine is about when I wanted a doorstop. Litho printed in two colours.
